Britney Spears & The Feds

A federal judge has spoken and ruled the Feds have no business in Britney Spears conservatorship case and it has been sent back to state court.
The judge added, “Mr. Eardley is not Ms. Spears attorney and acted improperly by removing her conservatorship proceeding to federal court.”
Furthermore the judge did not award the conservatorship attorney & court cost fees, costing the conservatorship $40,000 in fees to fight off these bogus claims from Jon Eardley, the attorney who claimed to rep Britney Spears.
I’m sure Jamie Spears is pissed off on this motion and not being awarded the $40,000 back in fees. In all fairness I think Jon Eardley should pay the fees since what he did was wrong. Maybe someone should take his lawyer license away, what is the state bar doing in this matter? I mean it is obvious the guy lied saying he represented Britney Spears as her attorney in the matter. Drama Drama!
