American Idol season 7… It didn’t take long for this season to brew up another scandal. I honestly think the producers know this information prior to putting the contestants through to the final rounds just so there will be news, gossip and scandals to boost tv ratings even more than they already are.

A Phoenix male strip club manager spilled the beans to The Associated Press — looks like David Hernandez was once a stripper at gay strip club Dick’s Cabaret. David Hernandez appeared fully nude and even gave lap dances at the gay strip club. He also did very well at singing the meat flutes while working.

According to Dick’s Cabaret manager Gordy Bryan, David Hernandez “had the look and the type that people like, so he made pretty good money here.”

And this wasn’t a one-time deal for the “American Idol” hopeful — David Hernandez was a stripper at Dick’s Cabaret for three years. His last appearance was in September 2007.

How will American Idol treat this new scandal?
