Back from her South America break Britney Spears was swarmed by the paparazzi outside of Il Sole last night.

Britney Spears was escorted along with mega-rich Palms Hotel and Casino owner George Maloof as they left Sole with a gang of paparazzi hover around trying to get a good angle and photo of this still washed up pop star. Seriously why does anyone still care about her, the cd flopped, she will not go on tour, she don’t wipe her bussom after number 2’s. I mean come on… Leave Britney Alone!!! forget about her….
