Can you reduce body fat by exercise alone? The answer is yes, it is possible to reduce body fat by exercise alone. Here i will explain and give some to tips on how to reduce your body fat.
Firstly you need to know what it takes to burn off 1 pound of fat. Here are a few suggestions on how to achieve it, i didnt say it was easy, it can be very difficult to achieve if you want fast weight loss.
1. Take a good brisk walk for around 30 miles. 2. Swim at a moderate pace for around 6 hours. 3. Get up and dance for 12 hours. 4. Play golf for around 13 hours, and carry your own bag.
Remember while you are carry out all this exercise you need to monitor your calorie intake, and make sure it is in line with your exercise routine.
What i was trying to show above is that you need to be patient. Burning 1 pound of fat is not that easy, and can be quite difficult to achieve. The exercises above are great if you are nearly at the end of your weight loss pattern and just want to burn off that last little bit of fat.
Some people can become confused when it comes to body fat and weight loss. You do not convert fat into muscle by exercising. Carrying out exercise can burn enough calories to force your body to start burning fat. If you are exercising your abdominal muscles for example this will strengthen muscles and give the appearance of a more fit and leaner stomach area.
